Use of Service

GaugeFlow QMS is a quality management software platform provided on a subscription basis. You agree to use the platform in compliance with all applicable laws and these Terms.

Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

Data Ownership

You retain full ownership of all data you upload, enter, or generate within GaugeFlow QMS. We do not claim any ownership rights to your quality data, inspection records, or documentation.

Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for cloud-hosted deployments. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance. On-premise deployments are managed per your own infrastructure policies.
